Formal or festive cocktail attire. Western formalwear and South Asian attire (saris, lehengas, sherwanis, kurtas) are all equally welcome on our dance floor. The entire celebration is indoors.

Yes, you’re welcome to bring a plus one. Please include them in your RSVP so we can plan seating and dinner.

We love your little ones! Please include everyone in your party when you RSVP, and reach out if you have any questions.

Absolutely. Dinner is a buffet with Indian vegetarian, vegan, and pescatarian options, so there’s plenty to choose from. There’s also a spot on the RSVP form for dietary notes: allergies, gluten-free, halal, anything at all. Tell us there and we’ll make sure you eat wonderfully.

Flying from the US. If you’re a US citizen, you don’t need a visa or an eTA, just a valid US passport. Check the expiry date now and renew if it’s close, since renewals can take a while in busy months. If you’re a US green card holder, you don’t need an eTA either, but bring both your green card and your passport.

Driving up. A passport is the simplest thing to carry at the land border. A passport card, NEXUS card, or enhanced driver’s licence also works if you have one.

Coming from anywhere else. You’ll need either an eTA, which is applied for online and usually comes through quickly, or a visitor visa, which can take a few months. Which one depends on your citizenship, so please check early. One thing that catches people out: an eTA is linked to the passport it was issued with, so if you renew your passport afterwards you’ll need a new eTA.

Yes. Ceremony, dinner, and dancing all happen inside the Grand Victorian. It’s December in Ontario, so bring a warm coat for the trip (there’s a coat check), and maybe leave a little early in case of snow.

We’d love for you to be fully present during the ceremony, so kindly keep phones tucked away for that part; our photographer has it covered. Afterwards, snap away! If you share online, tag your photos with #SheFoundHerMANtas so we can find them.

Your presence really is the greatest gift, and we mean it. For those who’d like to give something more, we’re not registering for gifts; we’d simply welcome contributions toward our future home and our honeymoon. Details on how to give will follow closer to the day.

We’ve reserved a block of rooms at the hotel attached to the venue, the easiest possible commute. You can book a room here at our group rate.

The block is only held until October 10, 2026, and rooms are released after that. If there’s a chance you’ll stay over, book before then rather than waiting until you RSVP.

Missing that date is not a problem. There are plenty of hotels a few minutes from the venue, at every price point, and they’re listed on the Accommodations page. The venue hotel is just the easiest of the bunch, since bed is an elevator ride from the dance floor.
